We are looking for motor mounts/adapters to install a '65 389 into a '49 Pontiac.

I personally would make a mid plate and and use one of the frontplates for the Pontiac V8. the 49 had front and bellhousing mounts if I remember right on them without the mid-side of block set up. But if they had the block side set up, then fab what you need.
