HA...very funny!...Haven't made up my mind yet about the recesed grill. I do like the new Cyclone Grey though without a spoiler.

Recessed grilles-- with honeycomb??!!
This was one of my first complaints about the car. Maybe Lutz was reading my posts. HaHa!
I really like the way the front end looks- Very muscular and Pontiac-ish!!
Now, if GM would have used the slightly older Monaro rear spoiler, they'd have one that people would actually like.

I like the recessed autocross grills. They look like a '72 GTO, which I always thought looked a lot better than the '71, which was basically the same grill without the recess.

I might have to see them in person, because from just the pictures I prefer the non-recessed version. But sometimes pictures don't capture what you see when face to face with something.

Are these the same grilles that are part of the Sport Appearance Package? Are they also available as an over-the-counter item? What's the price on these pieces?
Used to be that the car makers would change several items on a line from one year to the next. These grilles and some different wheels would have been a good model year appearnce change.

Yes, they are a part of the Sport Appearance Package and yes they can be bought separately over the counter. I think retail on them is $295. My sales guy gave me his discount. I paid $235 out the door and $45 to have the dealer install them.

So, what's the dif. between an AutoCross Package and a Sport Appearance Package? That's a legit question, I'm not trying to be a smart a*s.

I think it's the same thing. Six to one, half dozen to the other.

Am I supposed to feel insulted here? Everyone has their own taste, doesnt matter if its cars or music, as someone who was well raised unlike you, I've learned to respect others opinion. Time to get some maturity in you.

I do respect others' opinions as long as they agree with me.
