Default 62 lemans tempest convertible

Hello everybody,
First time posting new member..
Bought a 62 tempest convertible bout a year ago now and wanted to learn to do my own work on it.. not knowing to terribly much but just jumping in so to speak, I can do oil changes and breaks on my silverado and that's about the extent of my knowledge but everyday I have to work on large oilfield equipment and tractors/pumps/cranes basic maintenance type **** no real mechanical so iam no stranger to a wrench.. just never wrenched on a clasic car before.. anyhow the car is a perfect running driving great paint engines sound no leaks it's a 90% finished car... firstly what I'd like to do is change over all 4 drum breaks to disc..
Where do I start?
