need help figuring out all the codes on this trim tag for a 1963 Lemans

It would help if you post a photo of the firewall tag.
"Go advanced" and select add an attachment. A new small window will open up that allows you to select a jpeg from your photo album and/or a folder in your PC. Click upload when you are finished click done and close the window. Then click on reply.

Y81 is a Decor Trim Group in later years.
Y83 I don't know except in 1976-81 it was APPOINTMENTS OPTION,LJ LUXURY for GP So probably a Decor trim/ upgrade? What options does it have? Have the Billing History Card on it? Pic of the car?
