There is a reason the factory used rubber in their bushes.
I use rubber bushes for the same reason..... |

All urethane & lowered springs etc , ride like a skateboard , grin & bear it , not a fan of urethane bushings for a street cruising car.

On smooth road I get a smooth ride but it does not like uneven pavement. Oh well I guess after I check for bind unless that’s present it is what it is.

Ditch the springs and shocks and it will be much better.
What do you mean 'on uneven pavement'? Does it wander? .

No it tracks straight. SC has a road problem. All of them are terrible. Potholes, botched repairs, bridge expansion joints eroding. Look up SC roads.

What rear springs do you recommend?

I get it, 'irregular' roads, as in not smooth.
There is a suspension 'effect' called the 'washboard effect', and basically, if the suspension is too rigid, the tire will skip from peak to peak of the washboard, in simple terms. To combat that, you need a suspension to track the surface, not skip over it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GduGTDWbc_M https://www.semanticscholar.org/pape...ba08effefe8669 Since you have the UMI 1" drop front springs, I would have to suggest the UMI 1" drop rear springs. They will get you closer to the desired corner weights than trying to pick one by rate or drop. https://www.umiperformance.com/home/...ring-set-rear/ If you're on a budget, go to the Bilstein shocks, if you feel you're going in the right direction after that, maybe upgrade the shock later. https://www.umiperformance.com/home/...ock-24-009294/ https://www.umiperformance.com/home/...ock-24-029728/ The Koni shocks are very good too if you have troubles finding someone who has the Bilsteins in stock: https://www.umiperformance.com/home/...ock-8040-1017/ https://www.umiperformance.com/home/...ock-8040-1088/ You can use the part numbers and shop that stuff, sometimes Summit has better deals, and you have to take shipping into account. Can start with just the rear springs and see if there's an improvement, and then get shocks, but am sure you will find those springs to be a major improvement, and they are very easy to install. .

Just an update. Chatted with UMI tech for a long time. Ordered their factory height rear springs to go with the one inch lowering springs I have from them in the front so at least the springs will be a matching brand set. Should still have a nice rake. As soon as money allows I will upgrade the shocks and report back!
