The V-1 Vortech was the first supercharger offered by the company.
Basically a 500 hp to 600 hp unit and the compressor had the most basic compressor wheel configuration.

Richard Holdener, the Internet Guru, had Vortech supercharger number 001 which he (many years later) traded back to the Vortech company.

They wanted that unit back bad. Now the owner of Vortech/Paxton supercharger company has sold the company to the SCAT crankshaft group of companies.
