Standard 68 GTO radiator. This is the PC tag from my original car . Also shown is the PA tag for the HD cooling option.

My understanding is the part number on the tag is followed by the year. 3014850 8 for the PC. 3016678. 8 for the PA.
I also understand that the difference between the PA and PC radiators is the fin count. (the number below the tank IDs. Not sure about that though.

The overflow hose retainer clip has a code too. Not sure what it means.

jeeeze I looked in my 68 PONTIAC service manual before I posted
and I swear I read PO not "PC" like it shows....

thanks for the updates guys ....

yah my other 3 core BO or 4 row PA radiator cores had a stamp on its overflow hose also
I will update tomorrow

thanks for the reply and good pics...

I guess thats why I put that PC radiator in my 4 speed 68 Ragtop for safe keeping ....

wish my tags were that " CALIFORNIA " clean

4-Core 68-69 Rads seems the same to me (Auto,Manual Tanks), and usually had leaks.

Yet nice is: 68-68 428 HO has a curved Lower metal outlet, and 3/8" fittings for Trans cooler.

Sold all my 4- core GTO Rads in the cars i had. So i run a 3- Core Harrison that was/is minty.
