Default original honeycomb trim ring identification

how can you identify original 15in honeycomb trim rings...thx keith

They are the same as a Monte Carlo poly wheel trim ring.

The originals are the ones with dings & curb rash.
I noticed original mounting clips appear to be painted black instead of being black oxide coated.

Just for the record; the Honeycomb trim rings are very similar to the trim rings on the Monte Carlo's poly-cast wheel, but they are not the same. They will still fit on the Pontiac wheel, but if you compare them side by side, you'll notice the difference. There was a 15" Buick Regal poly-cast wheel in the 80's that used the same trim rings as the Honeycombs.
