Yeap, thats the one!

Notice the items that have been detailed or restored. For someone to sell an item under survivor and at this price I would expect everything to be original. This car is great dont get me wrong but just missed titled in my opinion.

Default Nice car

Quaint story, but what is the current gospel of SD Formula production numbers - two books I have list 43 and 58 = 101, a quible but when you tell an authoritive story, you better be right.
In particular, I don't know why (can't imagine) delivery would occur in Pontiac MI, regardless of the letter. Norwood OH is about 5 hours from Ponitac MI. [Just learned that Van Nuys is 71 and earlier]. Then drive to CO (or ship it?).

Whatever- nice car I can't afford.

KenB

edit- I re-read some of the supporting documentation.

Your correct with the 43 units in 73 and 58 for 74. I always wondered what the total production of the motor was including sr units sold over the counter>?

Default Low mileage SD-455 fleabay auction house:

Here is a great color combo 74 car up for auction over in Michigan. Boy, oh boy, there allot of these cars over there and ever once in a while a new one pop's up like this one.

Item # 130311290422

For such an original low mileage car it sure has had allot of detailing! stuff like that makes me wonder????????

Yeah, the White/White is really cool. In the ad though the owner is up front and admits it was taken to a paint shop. For such a low mileage car that was original for so long, it is kind of a shame in some respects that it was frame on restored. Especially since the ad does mention how original the car used to be. I'm sure your car is much more original than this one now. But the 74 is still a nice car and I like the fact that it was built as a "stripper" to go fast..

I believe this white 74 SD is from a member here,I'll leave his last name out but I think it's John N.
If so,he was a previous owner of our 79 W72,I spoke with and everything he told me about the car was true, and very helpfull.
I believe what he says,he seems to have very, very nice birds....

Nope, Not John N, another guy here in town who had bought/sold a lot of SD's in the past. He knows his cars very well and is a pretty good guy to deal with. I've seen this car, it's very nice.

He's alive......rwinkles is still alive! It's so nice to hear from you. Already tired of those Viper snobs? I hear they're worse than SD snobs! LOL

Couldn't stand to see this thread at the bottom of page 2 so I resurrected it to the top.

Are all of you guys ready for Dayton next week? I know I'm not. I'm way behind and will not get everything done that I wanted to. Oh well!

Please get plenty of pictures. Also of the swap section if they have one. I always like seeing that sort of stuff.

Brew - "WE" are staying at the Comfort Inn about 5 miles from the show. It was pretty reasonable and you get a free breakfast to boot. We will get in Wednesday around 11:00 I'd guess. When are you guys getting in and are you camping? Looks like Evans is actully bringing something too!

My Viper....eerrr Trans Am (this is a Pontiac show isn't it?) is pretty much ready to go so I guess I'll be helping you get your car cleaned up again!

See ya Wednesday!

The RV parking was to far off the playing field for us so hooked up at the Residence Inn. Arrival is the same maybe closer to noon knowing this crew.
Would love the help from my fellow sd bud's. Nothing like Team Work the Wonder Pets always say. Ahhhhhhhhhh, have that three year old running around you know! its not all Lighting McQueen.
EvboCo, is trying and hopefully things fall into place and it happens.
