428ho4spd, I didn't/couldn't see that tab on mine.

Hey I don't want to hog this thread, so I'd like to divert further discussion / details about this car to the thread I started in the 69-77 GP forum. I will be posting more pics and the scan of the "export" paperwork.

I think I like the vertical '70 grille inserts better than the '69s...

David400 like the hood tach on those cars , ar looks nice. My dad was trying to talk me into putting one on the 72 GP before I painted the hood. Didn't do it. Could still happen down the road. I'll get some more pictures out soon.

The 72 GP car is ready for some road duty. Looking for a lower 72 grill that's priced to move, meanwhile the 71 will fill the hole.

I always liked the '71 style grilles better... seems to me I might even have an extra '72 bottom or two. Will have to look.

Default 72 grill

I've got a 72 and I'd gladly trade it for a good 71 grill.
I prefer the look of the 71.
Regards
Mark

Mark, I'll see if I've got the top half of the 71 grill, that would work for me. Thanks Mike

Mark, couldn't find any 71 grilles. Still in the market for a 72 bottom half. Thanks anyhow, Mike
