Another good reason to change plugs at 30K on a coil pack system is the energy sent to a bad plug goes right back to the coil. I changed out 2 coil packs on my Grand National years ago because a spark plug wire was bad and cooked the packs before I figured it out. HTH. George Nevermind. Just reread post 8.
