Anyone know if the G60's will fit the 67 rear wheelhouse without mods?

Depends on your wheel offset. Years ago I ran them on a 1966 Tempest with Chevy Rally wheels.

I used to run G60-14's, but needed air shocks because the rim offset (Ansen sprint mag) was too deep. They should fit on stock rims. They'll sure look cool, too. (But it'll ride like a truck!)

As Jeff said. Bias plys won't hold up and during he cold months will flat spot over the cold winter months if the car does nothing but sit in one spot. It's best to get them off the floor, or take them off the car.

I ran nothing but bias ply tires on my GTO's until about 1988-90, when they were getting hard to come by. I bought Dunlops and Goodyear Cushion Belts, and also ran other off-brands. They all wore out to complete baldness within 20K miles, front and rear. They do look great on these cars. But that's it. If you drive the car, radials are the way to go. Have a set of bias plies on my '61 Corvette, and while they look great, they are getting replaced with radials very soon!

I ran G60-14's on my stock '67 with the stock 14" Rally 2 wheels on the rear - G70s on front back in the 70's. no rubbing on lip. Had them on 6'" rims which was not the best but I was a kid and just ran lower pressure to keep the tread flat!

I ran (Firestone Super Sport) G70-14's on my 67 GTO forever with no issues, replaced with radials and never looked back.
