Default 66-7 rear defogger owners please chime in

I have this in my 67.
Just curious if you have the early or late style motor
and how your wiring was routed.

Jeff those pics are great.
without climbing in my trunk to check what are those 2 wires (one blue and one purple)
Im guessing defogger and rear speaker.
also was that a pic of your floorboard? Whats the new underlayment?
Nice that you found an NOS baffle.
Heres a pic of connectors since I have my IP out.

Yes, the wires are for the Rear Speaker and the Defogger. When I was installing the defogger I was out of the correct gauge Green wire so ran with what I had.

At the same time, I revisited the floorboards which are original. I cleaned, primed, and painted them back in the 90s but
thought I would clean them again and add a layer of spray on Boom Mat. I didn't want to use that peel-and-stick stuff.
The underlayment is a thick rubber copy of the OE petroleum-based sheets used when built.

My car is a bench seat so the wiring location will most likely follow the passenger side rocker,as your console covers most of your route.
Im adding a reverb that Ive been waiting for 35yrs to install so will follow what the factory routed it.
