FORGET WHAT ITS CALLED
The little caps plastic that sit on top of inner dr. edge in the interior. You have a moulding weatherstrip that go,s along edge of dr, & these sit right on top. Some sort of caps.

Some call them Wind-lace End Caps, but I have always known them as Pillar Caps.
