Default 71-72 Lemans front valance ideas

Any idea if a 70 GTO valance could be made to work? They look similar in pictures.

In need of one.

Bunch of issues...
-A repro '70 GTO front valance will not stick out as far in the front center as a '71 or 72 LeMans valance. When one measures the front center of a '71 or 72 LeMans front valance it measures nearly a foot forwards from the rear edge.

-Rear sides of the '70 GTO valance would also have to be cut & extended on each side so that edge so each can properly butt up against the lower front edges of 71 or '72 LeMans fenders.

Can see how one could also cut & modify the center top of the '70 GTO valance to make the "slot" appear more like that of one from a '71 or '72 (flashchrome) LeMans. All that done, the slot is going to be further back & am afraid it's going to look "wonky".
