Default Window parts/ bad rattle!!

I have a 1969 GTO convertible that has a bad rattling drivers window when the door is closed. Upon further investigation and comparing with the passenger window I noticed that the back portion of the window is bolted ( standard type bolt and nut) thru the glass and the passenger side had an elaborate rubber washer type bolted arrangement. I believe that this is the problem. I have searched Ames and PY for a similiar window bolt fastener and cannot find it. Does anyone have these parts ? or do I have to look for a used one, also is the method of holding the window in place different from HT to conv. and will any A body part work. Info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

If looking for a hard to find grommet or similar type part, i find restoration specialties are good for those type of things. Download and then scroll down on right side, to rubber grommets there is many different sizes available. This place is tops for hard to find hardware.
