I want to say 50s 60s Mopar but I can't find one in a search. If any of my four car buddies were still with us They would ID it in a second!

1964 Olds F-85. Don't know if they were also used on any big Olds.

Here they are from a pic in a '64 Olds Brochure.

The emblem style was also seen on some '61 and '62 Olds wheel covers, not sure for what models.

John V. is correct.
A handy website for identifying old hubcaps is https://www.hubcaps.org They don't have pictures of every single vintage hubcap for every make, but they do have a lot of them including this one.
