67 Convertible A pillar weather strip install
Does anyone have a picture of what the convertible A pillar weatherstrip is supposed to look like installed? The body shop removed mine and I have no idea how to get it back together.

I can send you a few pics of my '67 convt A pillar weatherstrip, just installed it recently... have to wait till I get down to the car Thursday to take them so perhaps someone else will chime in before then. Meanwhile I'll keep an eye any responses you get Have to say it's easy so have no fear about doing it!

Thanks gtobob - Those pictures are worth a thousand words! How is the piece, that holds the actual seal, attached to the molding that gets screwed to the A pillar? It appears there was some type of double sided foam tape on my old ones??

The piece that holds the weatherstrip is screwed in place over the stainless drip molding. That seal you mentioned is so water doesn't penetrate between the two pieces. Install the weatherstrip after it all gets screwed in place.

Did you get it done? I've taken a few photos which I'll post if not. No double sided tape.
