Default Door latch

The door latch on my driver's side is worn out. Are the repro's any good? The last thing I want, is to do all the work of replacing them and have some substandard latch installed. I searched for a used one, but that's a crap shoot as well. Also, any tips for Re&Re of the latch itself would be helpful.

Thanks,

Roll window up, remove door panel, and lock knob. Use a 10-12" Phillips screwdriver and a paint of channel locks to break the three screws loose. You may have to use an impact screwdriver. A few clips to remove the linkage to the inside door handle and key lock..

Small hands help.
