nice looking. I love the color. question, is there a way to click on an avatar and get it to come up a lot larger? I clicked on this one and it opened your profile and did make the pic a little bit larger but not enough.

Took the Firebird out for a ride last Sunday. It had been over six months without driving it.

Holly
I have been a Sprint fan since I had a couple of Belgian-built 69 Sprints in England in the early 1980s, both 4-speeds. Great cars for cornering over there.
"Holly", my "new" Sprint, is a numbers matching 1969 Firebird Sprint with M38 3-speed automatic. Being built in Van Nuys on Christmas week 1968, and originally painted Matador Red, the name was a natural. She was rescued from Saskatchewan where she was going to become a pro-touring car. Current restoration is old school, i.e. done in a tent in a friend's driveway. Ongoing project, but finally on the road! |

Have you seen the Youtube video a guy took of this car when he saw it in a parking lot? C'est magnifique! I love the custom wheel covers. Never seen them on anything else.

69 coupe
Have owned it for over 40 years now. Guess I'll keep her. Can't even remember all the stuff I've changed through the years. She's pretty much a hand full these days.

Owned it for 31 years. did a 3 year frame on resto myself. Lots of new metal.
It started life as an early build 68 with 350 2 speed auto. Now is a 400 4 speed w 3.23 gears. The paint color/interior/top scheme is what the original buyer intended. Thanks for looking |
