Default What would a pair of 1974 Firebird GM NOS quarter panels be worth?

As the header states, I am looking for any input on what a left and right GM NOS quarter panel would be worth for a 74 firebird since it is a one year only part and not produced aftermarket.Any input is appreciated. Thanks

I've seen them go for a 1,000 a piece.

You can charge anything you want for those panels. They are what is considered unobtainium. So I know what I would sell sets for. You would probably be close to the price that the car sold for in 74 new. It depends on how value the car has that needs them.

Ok so if you go by what is on ebay a right quarter panel for a 70-73 is asking $2,195 for the one side. A one year only has to go for more. Figure a set left and right what $5,000?
That kind of money could shake some sets out for sale.

I have a right side NOS piece. I wouldn't sell it for less than $2500. YMMV.

I bought my 74 as an abandoned project with the RH quarter completely and professionally removed at the factory seams.

At the time I could not find a full NOS (or even used) RH quarter anywhere. Necessity is the mother of invention - I ended up 'making' a full quarter by combining one from an early car with one from a later car.

You can wish in one hand and crap in the other but this ^ ^ ^ is a realistic number if you are looking to SELL.

5 grand for a pair is a good, "look at what I got" number if you are looking to "show" them off.

Any large sheetmetal is a bitch to sell due to cost and logistics involved in shipping. People want used and NOS sheetmetal until they hear the cost to ship and "pickup only" almost never pans out.

So, between the cost of shipping and cheap repops prices are what they are and 5 grand is laughable.

Depends if you actually want them to sell.
