Lack of trim rings is not a JW/15" wheel thing, it's a Trans Am thing (although the rings were optional even on T/As). A Formula ordered with Rally's would have had rings, regardless of 14" or 15" size. JWs (and KRs/KNs...) do look especially good without rings, though! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Quick up date on the blue car since October it has had new quarters, drops, trunk floor, complete passenger compartment floors front to back, outer wheels house, front fenders repaired, and doors redone. It's all cut in ready for assembly and then paint.
There are a lot of people on this board to thank for all the behind the scenes help. I believe they know who they are because there PM boxes are full with all my questions |

I hope to not annoy anyone here, but having recently created a (unintentional new) thread about the blue car, I am left wondering the where abouts of the gold car;
Lack of gauges aside, it was very well appointed - it actually had console and power brakes over the blue cars chrome dressup and recessed wipers... So, does anyone know where the gold car is these days?

Link hopping from another current thread about the Atoll Blue car -

Think it was 13-14k Metal work all done, chassis-suspension-steering-brakes all done. Maybe Pontiac Rodder bought it back and will restore it too - that would be pretty damn awesome. |
