Bored 0.030 over, honed to 0.0045-0.0050 clearance
square decked to 0.009 above pistons
0.060 thick, 4.23 bore Cometic gaskets,
10cc dish piston

Crankshaft casting number 9782769, date code 4CFD
Magged ok, ground 0.010/0.020
Rod Bearings: Clevite C77-CB-758P-010
Main Bearings: Clevite FMP-4221M-020
Rear seal: BOP 3.25 inch on piece

Heads: #62
Dates J298 (D) and J148
Checked at 74 and 73cc
Port matched to intake
Rocker ratio (1.5:1) stock
New valves and springs all machined by a shop out in Fredericksburg

Rods: stock, inspected and side clearanced to 0.012

Bought it from another forum member last fall to put in my '69 and ran out of time before a move. I put in break-in oil and have been turning it over by hand at least once a month with the crank at 90 degree intervals while oiling it.
