Default Need 65-67 Big car radiator core

Cold Case would like to make a Hi Performance OEM looking aluminum crossflow radiator for the 1965-1967 Big Car. Looks like 1965 through 1967 radiators were all basically the same as far as height and width as well as inlet, outlet, petcock, filler neck locations. Seems like the only difference is the transmission lines are in a different spot AC vs no AC.

We need to borrow or buy an original radiator to take all the final dimensions.

Anybody in the Philadelphia area? If not, we can arrange to do a call tag if you can arrange to box one up.

thanks!

Chris

Post 1967

The lower neck on the full size '67 was turned up for frame clearance, pretty sure I have a old "sample" you could have.

You are correct. The lower neck is turned in and up on all three years.

The old radiator can be pretty beat up as long as it isn't bent like a pretzel.

I got a great look at Norwalk. Did all the measuring but it's safer to have the radiator in hand when doing the drawing. So we need the physical unit for about a week.

Nice!

I just PM's Alex. I need one of each. Non AC on the 65-67. I can buy them if they are cores or give them back if they are rare versions.

I can do a call tag. lmk

Now I'm thinking a couple of pics with a tape measure running across as well as up and down would be helpful. If you can that would be great.

send to chrisc@coldcaseradiators.com
