Convertible pillar post seals
Do the rubber pillar post seals get adhesive in the chrome channel or do the screws hold them in.

My 70 gto conv. orig. had a little weatherstrip sealant. But when I installed new weatherstrip I did not use any sealant. The push pins keep the weatherstrip in place.

Does yours have the chrome that gets screwed to the pillar post? And, your saying no screws go through the rubber, just push pins?
