Unshipped order
Placed and order then a week goes by- no parts. Both the initial salesguy and the followup were very nice and professional- no complaints there.
Anyhow, I called up and the order was simply not 'complete'. "Someone forgot to push a button" was what I was told and the order was just sitting. It's kind of shoddy that no one bothered to follow up and I had to be the one to track it down, resubmit CC info, etc. The issue is resolved and I have the parts now, so this isn't like a firestorm of criticism, but not exactly what I would call "A+ service"

Sorry for this! This is not how we aim to treat our customers... Could you please PM me your customer # so we can look into what happened?

Sorry for the delay- I keep forgetting to get the order slip from the garage when I get home. I'll try to get it ASAP
