Default 4 amp fuses

Rebuilding my 72 and there is no fuse in the dash lights, etc . fuse slot. Local parts store says all they have or can get is 3 or 5 amp fuses. It calls for a 4 amp. What do the rest of you run

5 amp will work, 1 amp isnt going to make any difference.
