Here is a nice set of A/C & Heat controls for a 70-72, as well as possibly other years/models.

This was operational when removed fairly recently, the vacuum switch doesn't leak, and includes the vacuum lines with both molded connectors intact and not damaged.

This also includes the control cable, is operational, and not brittle or broken ends.

Knobs on the controls have been replaced within the last 5 or so years and are excellent. (not loose, good chrome, etc)

Plastic faceplate has minor scuffing from the dash insert, will easily polish out.

Printed board is undamaged, and all text is intact and reads clear.

Not sure, would have to look, but pretty sure I don't have an evap case. I might have some brackets and small parts.
