Has anyone else out there bought a pair of the repo doorpads for the 10th anniversary T/A? What a piece of crap! The cover looks great but the backerboard is too soft to hold the clips. Then the tabs to hold the top in place aren't molded in. And the carpet is all wrong! For $400 bucks they could have at least cut all of the openings. I wouldn't be so upset if the price were closer to the other T/A models, but at this price I expected better.

Another10th,
Those are the PUI repos. They are all the same. About the closet you can get. I refused to buy them and found a set of nearly NOS for my 10th. Had a nearly NOS price too ~1000.00. You might contact Ron Fryer. He has been working with a few of us in the 10th anniversary club. He might be able to help with better carpet. rcfryer@hotmail.com |
