Moen faucets
I love it when companies live up to their warranties! After one call to customer service, I'm getting repair parts from Moen...at no cost...for a kitchen faucet that I installed in 2001. As long as you are the original owner/buyer, they keep sending stuff. Gotta give these folks a tip of the hat.

Glad to hear Kerm.
My brother inlaw makes custom kitchen cabinets. We were talking about this when we bought the house last year. He likes the Moen products. I had to replace all the faucets in the house. Moen and Kohler are the best. |

Couple of months ago they replaced pullout faucet that rusted. Just called them and while on the phone with customer service rep was able to email them picture of faucet. 3 days later entire new faucet arrived.
Excellent service and stand behind their product. |

Cool.
Last year the kitchen faucet I installed in around 98' broke. I called Price Phister to see if I could get a replacement part. The model was no longer made. They told me to go to their web site and pick out a new one. I called them back with a model # after checking out their site and they sent a replacement- free. No questions asked,no receipt given, just my word. I'll buy from them again.

Some industries have a "common practice". I wonder if this is one them in the faucet industry.
