Default WTB: 1979 Pontiac Pre-delivery inspection sheet

Does anyone have an original "Pre-delivery inspection sheet" for their 1979 Pontiac?

I would love to get a copy of an original whether it is already filled out from the dealership or a blank document, please.

Thanks,
Jim

This pic is probably from an ebay ad:

bottom right of pic is a folded up one?

They must not have had an individual pic of it though.
Don't know where the car is now.

John-

Yes, that is it! Thanks for the reference. At least now I know it isn't year specific. Earlier forms had the year referenced at the top of the form. Maybe now I can widen my search.

I have the report for the 1977 Camaro my dad purchased new. If I can't find one, maybe I could recreate one with this photo and the one from our Camaro?

Thanks again!

I set these cars up new at a Pontiac dealership. The pre delivery set up sheet was 2 part carbonless in 76 on IIRC. the second " yellow sheet" was tossed in the owners manual plastic pouch. Many dealers had their own bigger pouch which all the papers went in.
Dealers only kept the " Original" or Top white sheet. For 5 years or less for warranty purposes. Most of what you find out there are the yellow customer copy. I was shocked to see a car I set up in a barn while looking at a guys GTO for sale. 99% of set up techs did NOT do everything they were supposed to.

Our dealership sold Pontiacs, Chevy, Cadillac and GMC. While they had a few satellite dealerships, they all used the same set up sheets. Some had their dealer name printed on top.
