Transmission lines
Top line to top of tank and bottom line to bottom of tank? I know on the tranny the top connector is the input an the bottom is the output.

Top line at the trans, goes to the top line at the radiator. This is the return line.

Yeah top line from trans to top location on the radiator. Just making sure they are not crossed.
