Exclamation 4BC HEAT VALVE/GATE CONTROL PIECES

Anyone out there with factory heat gate still in operation.

Im trying to match/replace a few missing bits.
The parts in red are what Im looking to find better details on.
If you can provide better images and/or specs to these and/or suitable replacements I would love to hear from you.
Thx

I'm looking for details on the Retaining/anti rattle clip #60 and the Spacer #46.

The Shield/Cover is unique and first I've come across in years.
What I'm not 100% sure is if this was across the board on ALL 4BC manifold or certain years.

I purchased a thermal spring that was listed as all Pontiac but it was/is way to large so even the spring is different.
Looking on a Willys 6cyl parts site and going to try one of their offerings on springs.

Jeff search the Cammer website. I bought the anti rattle spring and coil from a 1950’s Chevy website, worked well. The cover is a different story.

Thumbs up

Thanks,
I've seen the Chebby 6 as well as the Willys 6 I mentioned, just need to figure out it they will fit under/into the cover/shield.
Guess I'll buy a few and see how it works out.
Re-Creating the Spacer shouldn't be that hard the Anti-Rattle Spring offerings are close enough to get this back in order.

I lucked out on the '66 with an NOS spring years ago but that will likely not happen again.

Default WILLYS L HEAD COIL

Picked up the Willys spring and though it fits within the shield/cover it has more coil so I'll mock it up and test to see how it reacts.

Thumbs up Update;

Well still tinkering and found the Willy's spring just wouldn't fit/function so I moved over to the suggested Chevy 6 spring.
It fits within the cover/shield nicely but had to roll the end over the pin/shaft to prevent it from walking.
Overall tested and works well.
Might try one more style/model spring just for giggles.

Disregard the zip tie it's just so I don't loose any thing while I search for a retaining/anti rattle spring clip.
