Default help to decode some rally rims i purchased

good rims for a good price , can someone help to decode them for me , never seen a wheel code HP

1981 B-series 15x7 Rally Wheel #10031178 used 1980-81 also stamped HH, HN or KD.

Rims are stamped Nov. 6th of 80, for use on an 81 car.
