motor plate/ crank trigger
What up guys, I ordered an All Pontiac front motor plate for my junky ole firebird friday so i havent got it yet, just curious how ya guys that are using crank trigger are mounting the bracket and sensor? My theory is that frank at All Pontiac said the plate is 1/4" thick and the sensor bracket is bolted where the front plate bolts up, so this means it will push the sensor out a 1/4", so me and my engine builder discussed this situation and came to the conclusion that if we mill a 1/4" off the sensor bracket then everything will stay exactly where it is at right now, we do not have to move the sensor around due to timing adjustments will be made through the power grid system..... thanks in advance for all replies and photos or suggestions......
