LED dome light won't lite
got these led dome light bulbs today.
was wondering if this would happen, yup it did. it won't light up. what needs changed to make the led's work? and the dome light works. lights a standard bulb right up. Last edited by JUDGE3; 12-20-2023 at 10:53 AM. |

Try flipping (reversing) the bulb 180 degrees, some LED's are polarity sensitive.

LEDs are nice. I put them in my 1976 Firebird and really like them. As mentioned, they are polarity sensitive. They also take less power than the old incandescent bulbs.

ALL LEDs are polarity sensitive. They're diodes.
