First, thanks for all who contribute to the Rock Auto (RA) discount code. I used to get them frequently, but not too much anymore.

Second, my title of this thread ... does anyone have a way to contact Rock Auto? I recently had an order that I messed up and am trying to contact RA to see if I can get it corrected. I can't find an e-mail/phone number to actually contact a "human being". The only emails I receive from them are from noreply@rockauto.com, and 'noreply' won't answer my questions ... LOL !

Anybody got contacts?

Thanks Greg. I saw that page several times during my search through all of the FAQs, help with an order, help with an account, etc. for any contact link/phone I could use. I do appreciate their low prices, and not hiring people is certainly one way to cut down on overhead to keep prices low. But I still wish I could ask questions about my orders.

Also if you google/DuckDuck/Bing, etc. for "does Rock Auto have a help line?" you will get all sorts of feedback/gripes/complaints about the only line (corporate HQ) that is available.

So thanks again, and I am still wondering if anybody has discovered an unlisted, double-secret method to contact Rock Auto?
