Default Rochester Q-Jets bulk lots

Q-Jet rebuilders - I need room!

For sale: bulk lots of Pontiac only Q-Jets

7042262, 7042264 $45. each take minimum of 25

7043262, 7043264 $40. each take minimum of 25

7044262, 7044266 $45. each take minimum of 25

Will not ship! Pick them up in Eldon, Missouri

Your picking them up saves me time, and saves you money. One Q-Jet can be shipped in a large priority mail box - $22. So 25 times $22 is $550. you would save in shipping for just 25. Buy more, and your savings grow!

Have several hundred available.

These are complete cores, with the possibility of a missing fuel inlet fitting, and the probability of either a broken or missing choke pull-off. I also have bulk choke pull-offs (real ones, not Chinese knock-offs) available. If you wish, we can negotiate a price for these, purchased with the Q-Jets. If you want choke pull-offs, but not the carbs, they may be purchased individually WITH the purchase of a rebuilding kit.

I have had these cores since the early 1980's. Many have never been through a rebuilder.

573-392-7378 (9-12, 1-4 Mon-Tues central time) or message.

Jon

Jon,

I’m in need of a 7042262 body only. My carb has an internal leak that can’t be seen. Inside one of the circuits. Opens up when hot. It sounds odd, but it has a flaw that can’t be fixed. If you have a decent body for one, o have the rest of the parts to make it whole again.

Thanks,

Matt

I would have interest in a 1977 Chevrolet pickup truck Quadrajet carburetor, complete preferred. I have a K20 (3/4 ton) missing its original carburetor. If you can help with one I could help you reduce your inventory by one. Thank You Jon.

OK - redoing this ad. Sold some, not enough.

Carb numbers as listed above, but MY CHOICE OF CARB NUMBERS.

Price $25. each, BUT MINIMUM IS 100 PIECES!

See first post for description.

One more time, minimum quantity 100 pieces.

For those who want a single carburetor, we are still offering single carbs at retail prices; the $25. price is for bulk purchase, I really need to downsize.

Rebuild them, part them out, sell them on ebay, I don't care; I just need room.

PM, or 573-392-7378 (9-12, 1-4 Mon Tues central time).

Jon

Jon,

These 72-74 Q-jet cores you're offering....are they mostly castings made by Carter?

I honestly don't know for certain because I have not looked at them all. Guessing more would be Rochester than Carter.

These came from a core supplier in the state of California in the early 1980's.

We are 162 miles from St. Louis, divided highway all the way.

We ARE downsizing, one way or another.

This ad will expire after 17 November 2023, and these carbs will no longer be available.

Jon.

Reminder - this ad will expire after 17 November 2023, and these carbs will no longer be available for bulk sales. At that time, we will retain a couple of each number only for retail sales.

Final reminder - this ad, along with the Q-Jet bulk pricing, becomes a pumpkin after Friday 17 November.

The next group of carbs in our downsizing process are Rochester 2-barrels.
