Here is a link to some pics of mine. Since these were taken I have added a correct NOS steering wheel and replaced the headrests with a pair that is correct for the car.
She just earned a 980 out of 1,000 score at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals here in Chicago. That was almost a 20 point improvement over last year. http://www.pontiacsonline.com/67%20GP%20Convert.htm Best, Harry

Beautiful cars guys, but I really love Coach's car. I could do without the whitewalls, but that is minor. The Black/parchment is perfect on a '67 GP.

I bought this car eight years ago and sold it six months later to buy a 71 Judge. Back in June this year I got my baby back after 2 previous owners. It needs a little TLC but it's here to stay.

Alan,
Whereabouts in Springfield are you? I grew up in West Springfield (Sydenstricker/Huntsman area). I remember when I was in HS (long time ago..) there was a '67 GP convertible for sale for a long time up in the bowling alley (don't even know if there's still a bowling alley, as I haven't lived there in a long time) parking lot. Beautiful medium metallic blue with a white top and interior, and 8-lugs. Seller wanted $2600.... just too pricey for me back then Looks like you've got a great car to work with there.

keith k,
That's exactly where I live, on Arley Dr. Yeah, there have been a couple Pontiacs I've seen sitting around many years ago for sale, but I didn't know then enough about them to grab them. There was a nice original 63 Catalina 2 dr hardtop for sale at a gas station at the corner of Rolling and Old Keene Mill many years ago - had no idea the cool ride I was looking at at the time. There have a been a few changes around here, but it looks basically the same as it used to. Springfield has seem some changes for sure, but over here in the West Springfield area it's pretty much the same. Yes, it was a good car to start with, mostly untouched/original, not a lot of rust to deal with, lots of options, and an original 428. About to get body and paint work done, then hopefully in the spring start putting it back together. Alan |

Here's one at home by a nearby ranch setting
Been busy remodeling my office and bathroom in my shop. Getting colder here and slowing down a bit.
Be on the road again in January. Hope all is well with you all. Mike Pemberton 67 GP Hurst Convert |

Thanks guy's but it needs a good block sanding and buff and allot of detailing. Could use door & quarter trim panels and a dash with no pits. Someday. Going to have fun and drive it for awhile.

The pics of this car dont do it justice. Might be the nicest GP Ive ever seen. And Harry knows that if I had the cash, that car would be in my garage right now. |

67 GP pictures
OK, I will add mine to the post. You may have seen it in a seperate post already but here it is.
A 67 CV 428 4 SP, PS, PS, PW, Autotemp air, recliner, headrests, tilt, AM/FM, power trunk and a few others. I am busy gathering parts now and a few on the board have already helped me. The motor is in the repair shop now and the car is scheduled to begin a frame-off this summer. |

Love the spinners. Easier to keep clean than the wire caps---I have a set as well.

A side question back to the Pen. turn signals. Does anyone know what GMC/Chevrolet did on the 60/66 pickups that had the turn signals in the front edge of the hood? Where did they get relocated and how?
