Default My Cat

I'm still looking for a 61 bubbletop or a 62 sedan, but for now, I'm liking my 68, with the exception of that front end, man, what were they thinking !!!

Very cool! Pretty sure I'd love to see more pics of those two, especially the wagon. Very seldom get to see one of those.

The latest of my 68 Ventura wagon, a work in progress.

Very nice, Alan! I love the wagon. I have a Ventura too and my plan is to make it a 4 speed car. I have a flywheel being shipped to me now and that was the last piece that I needed.

Here is a picture of my 68 Catalina convertible. Originally Verdoro green, now 2012 Jeep black forest green metallic. It looks black, but pops in full sunlight.

Great Looking B-Bodies!!!!

here are a couple of the 37,000 mile 78 Catalina Safari I just picked up. Highly Optioned including Gauges, all the Possible power accessories, but after market A/C, and an After Market AM Radio with external Antenna! Chesterfield Brown 2 seat car. I wish it had the last of the Pontiac 400 4bbl's in it, but it has a Buick 350 4bbl.

It will be replacing my 78 Impala Wagon for summer daily driver, Dog, Parts, and tow vehical.

That is too cool. I remember watching that car when it was for sale. Thought it was a pretty nice deal to get into.

I thought about converting the wagon to a 4-speed, but I'm not sure I'm up for it. Please post some pics of that car when you're done with it.

You have some very nice 68's.

Alan

Love the cars, guys! It's good to know that our big girls are appreciated somewhere. Yes, I couldn't pass up the Ventura when I saw it posted for sale on here, Alan. I can't wait to get started on it, but I have a few projects ahead of it.

Here is a Canadian 69 2+2 convertible owned by my friend. 350 chevy 2bbl. The more you study the car the more you find different from real (US) Pontiacs.

By 69 floor shift and/or console was a Canadian only option on the big cars. This one is an automatic but a 4 speed was still optional. Notice the lack of concealed wipers.
