Default Trim Clip

Anyone know where someone can replace the threaded trim clip that holds on the top well trim on a '64 Lemans Convertible? They use two of these along with the pinch weld clips. Thanks for any info.

If not a restoration, Lowes has a good selection of automotive J-clips that should fit that application.
