Line lock plumbing question
In the past I've always plugged one port on the 4 way distribution block, run a new line to the solenoid, then tee to the front brakes.
Why can't I come off the MC, go in the solenoid and out to the 4 way block? I will be adding a proportioning valve too, not sure if that makes a difference.

In my 68, I was not getting enough brake to my rear discs. I ultimately eliminated the factory distribution block and connected my front line directly from MC to the line lock, then out to a T for the front brakes.
Rear line connected directly to the Wilwood MC and back to the rear brakes. Since you plan to use an adjustable proportion valve, no reason you could not completely eliminate the factory proportion block. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

My cars are that way. Seem to work fine.

I use mine as a T for the front brakes(one in from MC and two out of line lock) and a straight line in the rear with an adjustable prop valve in it.
