Black, white and blue connectors. Delco makes a kit. It’s cheap, comes with crimp on ends that go in the plugs. Your GM manual should show the hook up. It’s usually stamped in the case what wire is what.

the new reprod 1 piece connector simply combines all 3 of the individual ones you show into one connector. look closely at the one in my link, it has the same 4 contacts per section as the individual ones you showed & lists what each color wire is for. just a easier/cheaper way to repro them. |

Okay great. I see what you mean. Thanks for pointing that out. Not looking like the originals, I didn't even notice they combined them into one plug.

yep, i was curious about that too when i saw these 5+ years ago & asked the seller who confirmed they work for all these style radios. from 75 or 76 to the early 90's GM used the same connector on their radios.

Good to know. Do you know what the extra connector with 2 contacts is for?

not exactly sure but i think they are for later models that have an extra feature the older radios dont have, like maybe the led light fader? just a guess.

Probably so. Glad I'm not the only one that didn't know what it's for .

Interesting on the extra Yellow wire in your Black connector plug into radio. Most were a Pink wire for power antenna. Here is the stamped diagram...

Here’s the Delco kit. They were $10.
