Now available from Ames Performance Engineering- 1960-1966 Original-Style PF-7 oil filter. This is the most correct replacement for an assembly-line installed oil filter. Our new filter includes the functional 1" welded nut on the underside for ease of installation and original appearance. This filter is supplied in the early shade of Pontiac blue and will need to be re-painted metallic blue for 1966 applications only.

I was wondering if anyone has used these filters and cut them apart to see how it compares to other manufacturers filters. Things like media material and micron size etc... Anti-drainback valve?
