getting ready to bolt on, im thinking about bolting it on to the core where the 2 holes are at the top of the radiator, does anyone think its a bad place to bolt it on? or will it do?

OK, it started to leak from the port where the intake connects the the timing chain cover, what o i do? here is what i did not do, no sealant is that where i messed up?

i tried putting a sealant on the outside, but obviously it did not work.

You are using the thick O ring between the intake and WP inlet right?Use some sealant on each side where the O ring touches the metal.Loosen up the intake manifold bolts and tighten up the long bolt the goes into the intake,it will pull up tight.Leave it to set up for a couple of hours before trying it out.

i had to use the o ring it came with because the gaskets i bought did not come with the right one, and so i used it its not bad but maybe i just need more sealant. Thanks BLue
