Default New Restoration Project

I been out of the restoration scene since selling my '67 hard top a few years back.
I picked this up last week and excited to jump back in.
The car is original Tyrol Blue/ Parchment, YS 400, factory A/C, Auto.
needs a ton of new sheet metal, full floor, full trunk, full quarters, tail lamp panel and outer wheel wells.

I see a/c, p/b, p/s, parchment interior with head rests. All of those are a plus for most.

My motor in my last project was professionally rebuilt by one of the in the business locally here in South Jersey. His name was Tiny Figga.
He passed away inexpectantly a few years back.
I was told from the previous owner that only owned the car for a month that this current engine was rebuilt. I don't know at what extent so I may have it broken down and inspected by a machine shop before final assm.
As for all the detail work on my previous project, that was all me. I love handling al the final assm and detail work
I will be happy to post progress pics too

Its been about a month since I got the car home and stripped down.
Removed the engine and trans, front sheet metal and doors
Dashboard, wiring and all factory AC components
Pretty basic stuff, took a few hours

I been working on my GTO and doing what I can till my sheet metal arrives and I can begin the body work

I have the complete A/C and heating system all ready

Default Front Suspension

It's a dirty knuckle breaking job.
All my front control arms have been sandblasted and refinished
New Moog components too. Just need to press in the bushings with an arbor press

Default Rear Axle

Thanks to all the replies that helped me with my rear axle question.
The rear was all rebuilt and is from a 1968 GTO 4 pinion Posi with 3:55 gear ratio,
I sandblasted the axle. Drained and refilled with new gear oil and additive.
Replaced the dented rear cover with new, new brake lines, Brakes and inspection marks and decals

Really like that painting tree. I had to hang my stuff from the garage door tracks and then leave the door open during drying time.
