Thanks for the offer Jack, but no I am not interested in buying it. Just curious about the car. I wonder if that really is a 389 under that tri-power or the 326 that it was born with. Then there is this "hurst transmission". The floor hump under that fire extinguisher appears to be the size of the factory one. The stickshift could also be the stock one with a very different knob and boot. The bucket seats look like they came from a later model and I doubt the modifications stopped there. I could ask these questions from the seller but thought maybe someone here might know.

I swear I went and looked at that same car about 12 yrs ago. Bondo POS. Had a 389 tri power with 3 speed. Ran like crap and too much $$$

Gary,cant be the same car.I saw that car when the original builder had it.Was a killer car done virtually exactly as the original with a correct true 421 SD engine.Tom
