Default 69 4 speed judge

With being in retirerment I need to see if there is some interest in my gold gold 4 speed judge.I want to get what ever im into it at the time it is moved.Bought the car from one of our members. The engine does not have the original block but looks like all the parts are correct. Will check the dest next week.Im into the car for $18000 plus $4761 plus the paint job at this time.Do not know what that is yet.The dash has been done by just dashes, the correct RA III carb has been restored and the trans has been rebuilt. The rear 1/4s and front ineers have been replace. The car needs a complet interior and the underside done.Email t.schaluch@yahoo.com for anymore info or call 562 5975200.Will continue the frame on as time and money allow.Tom

I bought the car in December 2005, I think, from the 2d owner in Charlottesville, VA. Still have his address and contact info. He bought it in 1970, used it as his daily driver for many, many years. He had it painted Carousel Red a while back. Parked it in the barn about 15 years ago and started bodywork for a repaint that never happened.

When I bought it, I was surprised how unmolested it was. The block wasn't original, but just about everything else was, including the carb, exhaust manifolds, wheels, etc (i.e., the stuff that most hot-rodders took off the first month they owned it).

I got it mechanically sorted out and used it as a beater. I actually had more fun driving it than I did my immaculate 68 hemi Roadrunner. Sold it to Tom to fund my RAIV GTO resto.

Post here if you have further questions that I can help with.

Scott

Tom -

Please mail me the $1.21 - that was not included in the price of the car. You can keep the earrings.

Thanks!

Scott

Tom,

Beautiful job so far. I have an Antique Gold Judge, 4 speed, with gold interior. Would love to have a twin, but the wife would kill me.

Question - My Judge had the olive stripes from factory, and when I had it painted in 1982, I went with the Blue-Yellow-Red, because I didn't know any better than to deviate from stock, and because I thought it looked cooler. I see that you chose the black stripes, any reason why? I have tried for years to get a real answer as to what stripes go with what color car, and have had dozens of answers, nome of them firm, even from Paul Zazzarine and Jim Wangers, at a table together in 2005!

Thanks!

Jay
