I have a Northwind CNC ported by SD Performance for their 350cfm std pushrod E heads. The port opening is a little too big for the High Ports I have right now. That SD head will more than get you the power you are after.
I would be willing to trade straight up for your unported Northwind and pay the shipping if you like. Its a 4150 intake in great shape.

Thanks for the offer. I do have an unported Northwind but I'm not sure what I'm gonna do down the road with it. I will keep it in mind.
