My 670 heads have the 2.11-1.77 valves. Only thing I can figure is someone may have installed the 2.05 intake valves for use on a 350 engine due to the smaller cylinders. But that is just my guess.

Perf trick: didn' some folks turn their Valve head diameters down to match the Seat contact?

I lacked the fixtures to do it, but sure tried at the hobo level on some junk valves.

The first thing I need to ask is if the valve has a 30 degree seat?

Many Milodon valves that people I have done work for have supplied me with that where said to be 2.11" checked in at 2.10", and even factory valves have been that way at times.

When your 2.07" valve is at normal operating temp it will be much closer to the size it should be and not overrun the seat and leave you with a narrow seat that may not seal up well.

Another point is that a 2.07" valve helps to unshroud that 670 chamber that needs all the help in that dept that it can get above .430" lift, yet that size valve will not cut into that 670 heads great low lift flow especially at the .250" to .320" lift range.

I believe the 2.08" intake valves I used were Ford size, Manley or Milodon IIRC.
